Vanity will get her nowhere

Mama spends so much time in the bathroom. (And not just because she's trying some new cleanse) She takes forever to get ready. She goes under that water spout in the bathroom for what seems like eternity. Then she puts cream all over herself (which I love licking off cuz it tastes so good) then she fusses with her hair forever.
And people think I am the ego maniac.
Go figure.
During the week I understand - she goes to work and can't be all stinky when she gets there but, she is even worse on the weekends! I wait ages for her sometimes. She really needs to get over herself.
My walks are about me. Not her. What does she think we are going to run into Brad Pitt on our route? Give it up woman! Throw on a pair of track pants and put your fuzzy head in a clip already!

What's with those humans? All I have to do is shake my curls and I'm ready to go! (But my mom insists on running the nasty comb through them too..brrrr). Besides, if we're walking by their side, no one will be looking at them anyway. All eyes are on us.

Chelsea, you are a vision of loveliness standing in that doorway.

Your curly man,
T-man

Chelsea: Maybe she's just trying to keep up with you as best she can? I mean... walking down the street with a supermodel's gotta be hard on the ego. Do people stop her and say how pretty YOU are? Without a doubt. But do they do the same for your mama? Even as pretty as she is... I kinda doubt it. Amber says you should cut her some slack. It's not easy for them. They're only bipeds.
Play bows,
Zimmie

Momma doesn't take quite that long, but it does make you wonder when they go into that tiny little room if they will ever re-appear again! Looks like you're gonna have to work a little harder getting your mom with the program. You could put up little post-it notes everywhere that say, "It's ALL about ME!!!!" Maybe she'll finally figure it out!

Your pal,
Roo

My mom takes me o-u-t back first thing in the morning - with her slept in hair pulled back and sometimes a robe. I wish she would put it together better, but I do get her up early!

I like to lick my lady's legs too. That stuff she puts on there tastes YUMMY! But she usually makes me leave the bathroom when I do. Oh well...

Boo, I tried the barking thing and Mama just got mad but, thanks for trying.

T-Man, mere mortals do not understand that you and I were born looking good and need not mess with nature.

Sam, my humans go in the bathroom alot..

Isabella - that's what I am talking about! I am number one!

Sunshade, Mama's too smitten with Papa and way too old for T-Man.

Kari - my mission is done if I made someone smile :)

Army of Four, you are right, it's a lot of presure for Mama to have to walk beside me.Nobody even notices her when I am around.

Roo, I love your idea. BTW, What are post it notes?

Buster, your mom sounds low maintenance..wanna trade?

Murphey, Mama uses coconut scented cream which I just gobble up!
